Refund/Cancellation Policy
Subscription products that are paid month-to-month can be canceled at any time. For pre-paid 6-month or 12-month subscriptions, renewals can be canceled at any time. If you wish to cancel a renewal of your pre-paid subscription before it is complete, you will not be refunded for any outstanding box experiences left on your order. The monthly, 6-month and 12-month subscriptions will automatically renew unless you change or cancel your account. Cancellation requests must be made prior to the monthly billing cycle date or annual renewal date. Monthly billing occurs at the beginning of your membership cycle, and you will be billed on the same day in the future months of your subscription plan.
